The next day we started with a walk to Portobello Road and Notting Hill. We took a lot of pictures because this area is very awesome. The houses look so friendly and amazing and I’d really wish to live in one of them. Maybe someday. Furthermore the painted pastel houses reminds me of San Francisco.
Portobello Market is great place if you want to see street artists, musicans and a lot of food stands starting from vegetables to fruits to soups and vegan stuff. It smells like different spices, fresh fruits and freedom.
There are also a lot cute shops, so different from Oxford Street. It was so much fun to explore Notting Hill area which is now one of my favorite parts in London. After that we went to Camden Town which is so much more wasted, edgy and grungy than Notting Hill. Rock’n’Roll flair is everywhere. I totally love the Camden Locks because they have so many indepentend little shops where you can buy unique stuff.
Our next walk was to Kings Cross to find the Harry Potter Store where I bought some Christmas presents. I really want to see all the movies again before Christmas. After our Harry Potter Fangirl Moment we finished our sight seeing tour and explored the Tower Bridge. Next time I have to see the Tower of London, I really want to. Our last stop was Oxford Street again for some more shopping. This time we bought a lot of beauty stuff at Superdrugs because there was „buy 2 get 1 for free“. I also (finally) bought the best mascara I had in my entire life. I will show you soon. Shopping made is hungry and we bought some dinner to go for our apartment.
